Platinum & Gold wedding set

This cleaver design has many facets.

The three rings have an interlocking 'G' at the base, which the platinum engagement ring slots into. The head which has the initials 'A' & 'S' (not shown on this photograph) inlayed into them is also fitted into the two 18k yellow gold bands.

In saying 'hand made' we mean that every piece was made by hand and the piece was soldered or fused together.

In doing so, it has been possible to polish every part of the ring both inside and out.

Matching wedding band

The wedding band is not meant to fit flush, as doing so would have little benefit and compromise the design of the engagement ring.

Square hearts and arrows diamond, in a custom designed platinum ring.

This platinum ring has been designed in collaboration through e-mail correspondence. We made changes to a silver pro forma which was photographed and sent overseas.

The ring has a beautiful Sq H&A diamond and it also has 2 x D Flawless diamonds hidden inside the band. Under the setting there are 18k yellow gold initials 'JL', soldered into place.

Hand crafted yellow gold earrings made to fit two blue topaz pear shaped stones

This sleek design was created to show off the rocks with an elegant shape.

The gems are essentially held in place with the tension of the cradle specially sprung to hold the stones at 3 points.

The metal work has been meticulously shaped for style and function.

Gold ring with brown tourmaline

The gem in this ring was chosen because of the colour. The gold was alloyed to a specific colour, using a slightly higher purity and higher ratio of silver to copper.

This ring has been hand wrought and fused. No solder is used in this design.

Platinum 4 claw ring with sweeping band

This ring has been carefully shaped with long sweeping lines. The center setting is made from 9 separate pieces of platinum: 4 claws, 4 inside sleeves and an under bezel make the total.

The client supplied the center 'cushion cut' diamond.

Set 'down the finger', (or 'North/South') the aspect adds to the appeal.

This ring was shipped overseas as an unset ring.  It has been designed for a diamond bought O/S, so a simulate was used in the photos.

The silver settings were made to fit each aqua-marine stone and the whole selection has been linked together to make a necklace.

These earring are platinum and have small diamonds set into individually made (free moving) bezel settings. The aqua-marine is claw set, with fine claws.

These earrings are part of a range that were designed to dangle from shepherds hook, diamond set earrings.

Hand made dragonfly pendant

A heavy pendant, made in 18k white gold, diamond set, with emerald eyes. The piece has raised 18k yellow gold detail on the wings.

4ct Pear cut platinum diamond ring

A beautiful 4 carat G VS1 pear cut diamond, set into a light platinum mount, as you can imagine the ring has real across the room 'WOW factor'.

This platinum ring was made using Platinum 950 and -50 parts iridium. The alloy is the whitest 950 platinum alloy on offer.

The design came together after collaboration over a Similar design that was altered to match my clients tastes.

Platinum ring with emerald cut Ceylon sapphire and diamonds

The combination of a beautiful Ceylon blue sapphire center stone with .25 ct, .20ct and .16ct diamonds on the sides look stunning. The engraving really sets the whole piece off with understated charm and old fashion style.

Hand made platinum emerald earrings

The design brief for these platinum earrings was, they could be dressed up or used for everyday wear, they would dangle relatively low and, that there was a securing mechanism making it impossible for them to come off.

Hand made black Tahitian pearl & Pavé set earrings

The black pearl earrings were designed to be worn with the Art Deco pendant. We found this style matched the Art Deco pendant better then shapes with similar (square) geometry.

Wanting an asscher cut diamond ring, we created this jewel to see how the real thing would look.

The setting was made entirely by hand using wires of various thickness'

Art Deco pendant

The design for this Art Deco piece is loosely based on a Cartier watch face dating back to the Art Deco period.

The diamonds are big enough to create dazzling sparkle. The piece is complimented with green, yellow, pink and blue sapphires.
